Fernando is a great part of the team at North American Canadian English Academy.  He is well versed in the preparation for the IELTS and CELPIP  for college or university entrance or for Permanent Residence in Canada or any other English speaking country. Fernando is a native English speaker, is fluent in Spanish after studying Spanish as a second language in Mexico and Cuba.  Fernando’s education in Business Administration and as a Teacher of English as a Second Language (TESL) makes him very resourceful with business terminology and practices, which foreign nationals will need to know. His patience and love of teaching make him an English teacher who all students want to learn from.

Fernando holds a post graduate diploma as Teacher of English as a Second Language (TELS) that authorizes him to teach English as a Second Language to adults, certified by both the Provincial and Federal Governments of Canada. Fernando completed his  Education Agent certification with PIER.
