Personal Information Protection and Confidentiality
According to the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection in Possession of Particulars, The North American Canadian English Academy (NACEA), places this privacy agreement to the disposition of the proprietaries to whom the information was solicited. With the objective to create personal files of the interested candidates to better evaluate the possibilities of the individual to be accepted into the international student program in Canada.
NACEA is responsible of the use and protection of the personal information provided and attends the legal obligations stated in the Federal Law for Personal Data Protection in Possession of Particulars, with this document NACEA lets the owners of the information know the information that will be requested and how that information will be used.
The personal data that we collect from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary to establish our relationship with you, as well as to attend to the services that arise.
– Form personal profiles of the interested individual
– Get to know our candidates in depth to provide them with adequate and complete attention
– Evaluate the possibilities that the candidate will be accepted in the programs mentioned beforehand
– Keep the individual informed of any necessary developments
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:
– Full Name
– Address
– City
– State
– Postal Code
– Country
– Date of Birth
– Age
– Marital Status
– Passport Number
– Level of Education
– Type of College or University degree (if applicable)
– Passport
– College, University or High School degree
– Transcripts
On the other hand, we inform you that your personal data will not be shared with any authority, company, organization, or person other than us and will be used exclusively for the purposes indicated.
You always have the right to know what personal data we have about you, what we use it for and the conditions of use that we give it. Likewise, it is your right to request the correction of your personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate or incomplete; Likewise, you have the right to have your information removed from our records or databases when you believe that it is not being used properly; as well as to oppose the use of your personal data for specific purposes.
To exercise any of these rights, the request must be submitted in writing.

- Email Address
- Reason
You must consider that for certain purposes the revocation of your consent will imply that we cannot continue providing the service that you requested, or the conclusion of your relationship with us.
