Elsie Beiles is another one of our English as a Second Language Teacher.  Elsie’s academic accomplishments have been a Honors BA in Commerce from York University, a business administration certificate from University of Toronto. Elsie  is a Certified Canadian ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) teacher who has worked at Working Women Community Center LINC after receiving her TESL diploma. Elsie is a professional with a passion for student learning, development and confidence. She feels that with her TESL training and business skills she can help support newcomers in learning English skills to help  carve out a new, successful life in Canada. Before deciding to become an ENGLISH AS A SECOND LANGUAGE (ESL) Teacher she worked in the financial field for 20 years as a stock trader with Aquatis Neo Exchange and Heathbridge Capital Management and recently received the TESL  diploma from Seneca College. Elsie lives in Toronto with her husband and two children.

Elsie holds a post graduate diploma as Teacher of English as a Second Language (TELS) that authorizes her to teach English as a Second Language to adults, certified by both the Provincial and Federal Governments of Canada.  Elsie has also completed her Education Agent certification with PIER.
